Maybe, the link is wrong or the site it is already taken down. I don't know what the difference is. I'm using a Firefox browser and have no trouble accessing the link. Sorry, I didn't read the page correct. It seems that the page is blocked in Europe. I hate this "Geo Blocking". Oops! This page is currently unavailable in your region.

great screen capture. Something like that would be good for Jackie's first live album.

I'm pi$$ed about this because although my local Dallas PBS station KERA has had at least a couple of week-long begging sessions since this appeared there's absolutely NO sign of it here - far better (and CHEAPER, too!) to air endless reruns of previous shows, and LOTS of infomercials masquerading as "educational" programming than offer something NEW that *might* not repay its lease or rental cost.

When the PBS announcement first came out it gave a schedule all over the country, Arkansas was not on it either. My sister lives on the Arkansas side of the Miss river from Memphis. She was able to watch it on Tenn PBS.
I called the Arkansas PBS (AETN) in Conway and talked to the program director. He had never heard of Fernando or Jackie or the special. He 'said' he would look into it and call me back. Never heard from anyone. I scrolled PBS ch. 2 every week for two months. Never showed. I am also pi$$ed. Our PBS money at work. During this time they did show many music shows, country, classical, etc. Just not this one.

I saw this tonight for the first time. Fernando has gotten better. I never followed Hayley, but had seen her a few times, but I did not like her performance in this duet. David Foster & Friends - The Prayer - Singapore - Hayley Westenra and Fernando Varela Nov. 2012
Fernando and Hayley's duet is not even in the same league as Fernando and Jackie's - The Prayer

Federal funding is less than 10% of PBS' funding. They'll survive.

But let's not forget, it was fans of Hayley who helped Jackie win the AGT YouTube contest & get onto the show. Lisa posted on their fansite at the time. Nicole at CC-UK also helped. It was an international effort, LOL.

I was a subscriber to KCTS in Seattle but they have taken a position of not showing any of Jackie's PBS performances because they did not get a very good subscription response to her second Great Performance. Unfortunately they aired the second performance at 10:30 PM on a weeknight. Following the results of receiving poor subscriptions, they concluded that Jackie does nothing to support their programming needs. At that point, I ceased to be a member and switched to a PBS station in Detroit who apparently see things differently. I do not miss PBS in Seattle and would not notice if it does not survive.

Today, this morning, there was a big suprise for me. One of the biggest German TV Station (ZDF) has a morning show, and there was a live performance of Fernando Varela (sad, that Jackie wasn't with him ). He performed the song "Gloria" and was in Berlin to promote his new album. He mentioned, that he immediatly after his perfomance will leave Berlin to fly directly to Los Angeles, because he has a performance today evening at the "2017 Grammy Museum Gala" (with dinner and concert), where David Foster will be honoured with the "Architects of Sound Award in recognition of his unparalleled contributions to Music". www.grammy.com/press-releases/16-time-grammy%C2%AE-winner-david-foster-be-honored-2017-grammy-museum-galaIt seems, and I find that is very sad, that Jackie is not invited for this event. I couldn't find any artist, who will perform at this concert.
