Looking forward to seeing Jackie in Troy. My wife and I have had our tickets since this summer(first day they went on sale). This is our first Jackie concert and we have great seats. Counting down the days. J-42 days.

Booked my room today at the Hilton Garden Inn. It's a mile and a half from the venue. Would be nicer to be closer and have a view of the Hudson, but I saved 80 bucks. That'll buy some meals and beverages. And I still don't have an Awakening t-shirt. My SFTSS shirts are a little worse for wear.

I hope everyone has a great time tonight at the concert, my wife and I loved last night, but alas other commitments will prevent us from attending today or tomorrow in Providence. It took a lot of will power not to pull off on the Troy, NY exit as we past by earlier today on our way home. Only about 3 hours from our house.
I am very much looking forward to the reports,
Cheers.

Pure Imagination Made To Dream Memories Music of the Night Overture to The Marriage of Figaro (Instrumental - Peter) Impossible Dream Fix You (Coldplay song, on upcoming album) What a Wonderful World Nessun Dorma Intermission White Christmas O Holy Night Christmas Waltz Someday At Christmas Excerpt from Carmen by Georges Bizet (Instrumental by Peter) The Medley Safe and Sound Writings On the Wall Lovers The Lord's Prayer (encore) I could listen to Jackie sing MOTN every evening and not get tired of it. In fact, that is what I'm doing this weekend. . I was glad to see Peter back to speaking to the audience and making jokes again. There was not a peep out of him at Red Bank. I'm getting a deeper appreciation of ND, as I had done for MOTN, i.e. enjoying what Jackie does throughout the song, not focusing overmuch on the big notes. Jackie is continually crafting these songs, from start to finish. It's like she's leading me on a journey. It's not just beautiful; it's fascinating. Jackie is so poised, the way she talks through her mishaps, of which she had several this evening. She slipped twice at the same spot on the stage and got her dress caught in the doorway when returning to the stage. Instead of showing embarrassment, she just let's us all in on it in a very charming way. I'm glad I got to hear Writing's On the Wall. No videos at all at this concert. Jackie pronounces "Juliet" with the accent on the last syllable. I was sitting next to a young man from Albany, age 31, who had just discovered Jackie on YouTube a few months ago and was happy to learn Jackie had a concert in Troy.

Quoting article quoting Jackie: With a new record album, “Two Hearts” due early in 2017, she believes many years of song and stage are ahead. “I want this to be my life,” Evancho said. “I want to be performing for as long as I can, for as long as the world will let me. I definitely feel this is what I’m supposed to do.” *-*-* PG: So there we go. Maybe criminal psychology is just plan B...
