We've arrived safely at our airport hotel after a long drive from Lexington, KY and are looking forward to seeing everyone at tomorrows gathering at Mott the Hoople's!

I arrived in Indianapolis this evening. Worst turbulence I've ever experienced on a flight. I hate flying. The last couple of times I've flown to a Jackie concert I've told myself that this might be the last time I do this. Then, I wind up doing it again. I'm worried Jackie won't do MOTN, since she dropped it in NY. The only way to make up for that would be to bring back Imaginer.

I'm not surprised, with the storms that were tearing across the midwest today. On my flight home from Florida earlier this year, we flew way out over the Gulf to avoid storms. We'll see you tomorrow afternoon. Mike, Jim, & I will be at Matt the Millers, probably closer to 5:00-5:30 or so. With the concert at 8:00, that'll give us enough time.

Just got back home from a very long day which began at 03:30 wake-up. Drove tri-ax dump till noon. Short nap, shower and head out for the gathering. Jackie day for me.
Everyone who signed up for the gathering made it there. Good food and better company at Matt the Miller's for several hours before the concert. Colin was the only person to make both Waukegan and Carmel as far as I know. I brought 200 buttons. What the heck was I thinking to get two hundred buttons. Lol JJ, Miketigfan and I got them into the hands of arriving concert goers. Naturally the distribution priority was for kids but the adults seemed to get a kick out of a free button too. I have three left. Lol. Nebraska Steve does good work.
I'm way too tired for a proper review. Set list same as last night in Waukegan. Jackie's patter was especially polished during her medley set. Three standing O's during the show a fourth at the end before the encore and a fifth real big one after her encore of Nessun Dorma. The kid ain't forgot how to sing. The people still looove Nessun Dorma.
I'm tired good night.

I put it on Vimeo temporarily. Per fan Sean Daley who attended the previous night's concert on the 19th, he said "How Great Thou Art" got the biggest standing O. Don

I always wondered how Jackie could remember all the words to her songs, notice the TelePrompTer to the right at stage level.
