I am astonished at Jackie's cover of this Barbra Streisand song with such beautiful color, depth and maturity in her voice; and those long extended notes of gorgeous purity with an undulating vibrato like gentle waves. Her delivery to me surpasses Barbra in its mellow smooth richness. But I offer this comparison because I have always appreciated Barbra's perfection as one of the greatest popular female voices of the era. David Foster saw something extraordinary in his vision to bring her and Jackie together, and Jackie proved it. Now she stands on her own as an equal in my view. At age 16, hardly believable.
My favorite second only to Have You Ever Been In Love.

My favorite second only to Have You Ever Been In Love. Fully. It's pure magic the way she handles this song, drifting daydreamily through it as she does. Towards the end of it I almost felt I was being hypnotised.

I have a car now with a CD player. (1993 Toyota) All it can play is "Jackie" Two Hearts. Out 'West' in central Nebraska, I have a new neighbor. A young man that could see no reason to live. I had him over for a beer (or 10) and played some "Jackie" videos. Well, Now he is a happy guy that plays "Jackie" all the time. We have been told of her power on people.But aside from her power on us, we only hear the stories. Now I have seen it for myself.

I am sure she has given many people a reason to live and to live longer. I discovered her 6 months after my wife passed from cancer and immediately had a reason to live as long as possible to see what this 8th wonder of the world would do next.

It is a crying shame that this video has just 4,236 views on youtube. I know CC has a very small following, but vocals this beautiful would appeal to a much, much larger audience, if there was a way to get more people to hear it.

It is truly unfortunate that our culture has become conditioned to accept noise as music and sensationalism as entertainment, not to mention rap as an often disgusting substitute for folk music. I am so grateful for young artists such as Jackie who have an innate sense of the real beauty of music. I think she and others are trying to bring awareness to the younger generation, though they may be too indoctrinated to appreciate true artistry. Hopefully the arts in education will be advanced with more vigor and there will be a resurgence of excellence, understanding and appreciation.

You must understand Jrchico, if you bought a ticket and are on the Jackie Bus Ride, she is the driver and only she will choose when the bus will stop and allow people to depart. The fine print on your ticket says "No Stops For You". Hope you packed a lunch and some snacks.

What makes you think i want to be the bus driver. I am perfectly happy to let Jackie drive whether it is to a CC concert, Pop concert or even a Country and Western concert. I might draw the line at a Rap concert but i would go to that at least once if it included Jackie.

If either of us or another fan our age were to drive while Jackie sat as a passenger singing everyone tunes then the bus would be at severe risk of crashing due to excessive moisture seeping from the driver's eyes. Jackie would need to be the driver because I don't think she weeps while singing.

Driving is about 8th on the list of things to do while driving for a teenage girl. I used to own one. Terrifying. # 2 You know if Jackie ever sang Rap it wouldn't be Rap anymore. It would be some Italian Rapatinni thingy. I only came here to say TH is back up to #7.

TH has slid out of the top twenty due in part to the wonderful singer Bill Murray of Caddie Shack fame whose album debuted at #1. wow (very small caps)

I just listened to this for the second time since you posted it. Not sure why it didn't hit me the same way the first time, but after this second time, I think it's clear we are hearing Jackie's "Broadway voice"...so strong yet clear, relevant and Jackie-like. There may be better definitions out there, but Broadway is right in there.

I agree with the Streisand cover. No other singer can cover her like Jackie;

I replaced it with the present video to maintain the content of this post. Enjoy

Love Attesa, but after several listens, I noticed a pitch discrepancy at the very end. Could Jackie have sung that B5 a little sharp? I mean, that's somewhat understandable given that she punches it with no scooping. But when I concentrate on just her note, she sounds fine. I don't have true perfect pitch as in I can tell you blindfolded what note is being played on a piano. But I can and have tuned a piano by ear and am sensitive to pitch discrepancies.
Does that mean the strings were off? We are talking professional musicians. Doesn't seem likely. So I thought why not use a tuning app on my phone and play the song on my tablet. I did.
I wasnt prepared for the tears. Jackies b5 was 100 % perfect. I'm talking center of the bullseye perfect. The strings? Well, since there are multiple instruments playing 2 or more different notes it is hard for the app to discern the pitch. But it did show some tiny flatness at times.
My awe of Jackie went up a notch and it was already way up there, lol!
