Maybe Jackie would like to learn the words to the following: I would love it if Jackie would sing the Ukranian national anthem tonite as she is part Ukranian. Agreed

I still hope she sings for the Ukraine people. Music has great impact on the world as per the following: BTW is there any resemblance beside the cat?

From certain angles, I have to do a double take.

The following song, written by Willie Nelson, is the first song my wife and I danced to. Sissel does a very nice job, and I would like to hear Jackie's rendition. It would be nice if she would dedicate it to her fans:

Jackie seems to like Bluesy music. She might like to consider the following:

We need new music from Jackie, the old tired tunes are getting a little long in the tooth. Yes, that girl sure looks like Jackie, she could easily pass as her stunt double. lol!

Happening today on a YouTube video of Jackie singing Phantom of the Opera last week at the McCallum Theatre in Palm Springs, I was amazed by my reaction to it. Whoever took it was up in the nose bleed section of that theatre and recorded it with a cell phone. But even with the far less than ideal acoustial quality of what they recorded, I was thrilled by Jackie's performance, once again, after hearing and enjoying her sing that same song for the umpteenth time over many years now. Her's is one of the best renditions of a timeless classic. I love the song. I love hearing her sing it. I think that's her signature; her true gift.
I grew up and old listening and loving other timeless classics from the Broadway musicals of the 40s, 50s and 60s especially. Some, dating to the 20s and 30s. So I would love to hear Jackie make an album and perform a concert set list of Broadway classics from that era. Here's my wish list. To me, these are some of the most beautiful songs ever written. They are the kinds of songs, imo, she can continue to touch and thrill hearts with, as she has for much of her amazing career with others like them.
Falling in Love with Love; The Boys from Syracuse.
'Til There Was you & Goodnight My Someone: Music Man
People Will Say We're In Love: Oklahoma
If I loved You: Carousel
Where Is Love and As Long As He Needs Me: Oliver
Getting to Know You and Hello Young Lovers: The King & I
I Loved You Once In Silence and Before I Gaze at You Again: Camelot
Try To Remember: Fantastiks.
How Are Things in Glocca Mora: Finian's Rainbow
I Could Have Danced All Night: My Fair Lady
Make Believe & Why Do I Love You: Showboat
From This Day On & Almost Like Being in Love: Brigadoon

Until now! Without getting too technical, your comment alluded to the fact that Jackie's voice and demeanor still has the ability to elicit words like "Amazed", "Thrilled", "Best", "Love", and many others. I have the same accolades, and would add that after watching and listening to her videos, her voice has gained an increased level of maturity, and, I didn't think it was possible, is now warmer and easier to listen to! I concur that an album of Broadway hits should be considered for a future album, and would add the following to your excellent list:
Oh What A Beautiful Morning - Oklahoma And here's Jennifer Nettles rendition:

This is the late (d. 2020 of ALS) Rebecca Luker singing the first song on the list of classic Broadway songs I posted here last week that I would love to see and hear Jackie perform live and make an album of. Luker, as fans here of Broadway musicals will remember, succeeded Sarah Brightman as Christine in the original Broadway production of The Phantom of the Opera. Like Jackie, she was blessed with perfect vocal pitch. Unlike Jackie, she studied voice in college and graduated with a bachelors degree in vocal performance. While she considered her voice, "not strong enough for opera", a New York based agent's notice of her performance in a Michigan Opera Theatre (Detroit) production of "Sweeney Todd. The Demon Barber of Fleet Street", led to a Broadway musical theatre career that lasted (3) decades. I would much rather see Jackie study Luker's career about how to succeed in show business than Lady Gaga's or Joni Mitchell's. I find it interesting that the college where Jackie's first concert in 2 years occurred offers degree programs in music. That's Millersburg University (near Lancaster and Harrisburg) in her home state of Pennsylvania. I recently attended a musical theatre production in which the lead singer was a graduate of Millersburg's Tell School of Music. She was fantastic as both an actress and singer. Luker graduated from a small college near her home town in Alabama, Montevallo U., with a music degree. You don't have to go to Julliard or Interlochen to make it big. But the discipline and brain work required to achieve a degree in whatever you're passionate about and talented in may lead you to a level of opportunity where doors are more likely to open for you to big things: i.e. where investors are "confident" you will make money for them.

My boss was an Argentinian physician who told me that "they took everything out of Eva Peron to try to save her." She was only 33 years old when she died of cervical cancer. I remember that during the Falklands war between Argentina and Great Britain in 1982 there was a headline that said, "Don't Cry For Evita". It was a big advertisement for Andrew Lloyd Webber's musical, Evita. I would love to hear Jackie sing it with all the emotion and feeling it deserves.
