Interesting bug:
If you are currently Online, you are listed under Forum Information & Statistics/Users Online, but you will not be listed on Users Online in the Last 24 Hours.

That might be a little like the light in the refrigerator. Does it really go out when you shut the door? Or is it following the rule of not being in two places at the same time?

Whew, what a trip. I thought I was transported out of reality and into some dark, distorted world without hope. But I do have to say, that in all seriousness, getting registered for this forum was difficult and made me suspicious as I had to supply information to proboards global and then again for this forum. If I remember right I found this forum at amazon, which is the worst place in the world to get involved with Glad I found the place

I don't do social media so Amazon was my only hope of finding my old friends. I had not been there in about 4 years and it will be a while before i go back. They are welcome to come here though as long as they obey the rules.

I was automatically signed in because I was signed in at the old forum. Hmm... We seem to be adding members here, familiar names. I hope this is a welcoming place where controversy is OK (if polite & well-reasoned) but excessively overt hostility like Amzn is avoided. JMHO.

Excessive, overt hostility would be a violation of rule #1.

Since this is the "technical" thread, I am using Firefox browser on a Mac how do I improve the response times by clearing out the "cookies" on this browser?

Thanks for your response,to the question, Colt45! I'm a Mac user but my browser is Safari (which is native to the Mac platform). I have used Firefox in the past but that was several iterations ago and on a different and older Mac than I am using now, so I can't provide any useful help here.

jefan; I use Firefox on a Microsoft PC, but the methods should be the same. 1. Click on History on the Menu bar. NOTE: If you don't have a menu bar across the top of the browser, click on the 3 bars icon (Menu) at the upper right of the screen, then click on History, then click on Clear Recent History and continue to #3 below. 2. Click on Clear Recent History. 3. A box should appear that has "Time range to clear:" at the top. 4. I have it set to Everything. 5. You should see a list of check boxes of everything that can be cleared. 6. I have everything checked but Cookies, so I don't want to login to every password site each time I clear History. 7. Once you've checked what you want cleared, click Clear Now. If nothing looks like I outlined, then a Mac pro will have to help. Hope this helps. JMO ☺♪♫ My greatest thanks. The procedure was exactly as you had explained. Thanks for the precaution of the consequences of clearing off all the cookies! The response time is greatly improved. Again many thanks

I also use Firefox, but have to use a slightly different procedure. I click on the 3 bars in the upper right, then click options, then click privacy to get to history & cookies so I can delete them (on either my PC or my Mac). It's easier (at least for me) on IE.

I have some MP3 and MP4 files which I wish to edit in terms of audio volume and length. Can anyone recommend software available to accomplish this?

Just a note of thanks to you admins. You are slowly bringing order to this amorphous mass. I appreciate the reduction in the number of categories on the HOME page.
Rick’s efforts in reducing the clutter on referenced entries will make the responses much more visible.

I have another question about whether the "Subject" can be edited after the thread has been created. I know that Rick has already included the "fan Gathering" info into their respective concert thread but I had difficulty determining which concerts had "fan gatherings" included.
If a fan can put together a fan gathering for a specific concert, is it possible to edit the concert subject title to be modified with the words "and fan gathering"? i.e. "Red Bank NJ concert 11-25-16 and fan gathering"

Click the edit button at the top of the thread and edit away.
