Like Jackie, Virginia was in a major motion picture at the age of 11 years-old.
Where Jackie had a significant role in her film The Company You Keep, Virginia had a very minor role in her film, Cabrini.
Rotten Tomatoes had a critics rating of 91% and audience rating of 98% for Cabrini, while The Company You Keep had a Rotten Tomatoes critics rating of 55% and an audience rating of 45%.
The reported worldwide box office for Jackie's film was $21,087,760 while the reported worldwide for Virginia's film was $20,225,026.
Jackie's film had a who's who of movie stars in it and was on a controversial topic for many people (loosely tied with actions of factions within the Weather Underground, a far-left Marxist militant organization) so it did poorly in the US box office even with many major stars, and well Internationally.
Virginia's film was about the first US citizen to be designated a Saint, the Roman Catholic religious sister Frances Xavier Cabrini who became designated as the Patron Saint of Immigrants after canonized a Saint in 1946, and had no major stars in it, plus had large portions of the film spoken in Italian with subtitles. It ended up doing well in US box office and poorly Internationally.
However, Virginia did sing a song with her father Andrea Bocelli, that was specifically written for the film, where Jackie has no singing of any song in her movie.
Here is Virginia with her father Andrea Bocelli singing Dare To Be from the film Cabrini:
