Interesting comments on YouTube:
"Hello only one question, why does she release her songs already on Youtube. This does not restrict the sale if you can just download it here?"
"I think she is not looking for sales with this cd. I am not sure, but seems she is full independent now, no music label but her own (or at least this cd). So she must try to have more views, from a broader audience, and all that views in her own channel. So, she join her personal channel with her vevo channel and put all her music in one stage. As brave as ever. What a ride for us all."

Jackie's version using her "new" voice is quite good, sung, obviously, as a young, 18-year old woman (when recorded). As Jackie ages and she uses this voice it should mature. With this "new" voice, Jackie seems like a young Sara Bareilles, or even a young Lara Fabian.
Sara Bareilles, the author of the song, sounds beautiful as a mature, older woman, singing her song. You can hear it on Vevo on YouTube with a simple search.
If you do a "Lara Fabian 1990" search in YouTube you will get songs from 1989 (when Lara was 19), from 1990 and 1991, and you can hear what I am saying. Lara's voice was excellent, but it was a young woman's voice, as could be expected. Lara's voice today is markedly different as a mature 49-year old woman.
The same effect is noticed with Jackie if one listens to the same song sung as a young girl and compares it with that sung as a late pre-teenager, and when sung recently as an almost 19-year old. For example, type in "Jackie Evancho Vincent" and one gets her singing the song on her first, self produced album, then being sung at the Seattle Puyallup concert of September 15, 2012 and then during the March 14, 2019 concert in Coral Spring, Florida. As Jackie aged, her voice naturally ages also.
What this may be suggesting is that as Jackie further ages, and her voice further matures, we should be in for some fantastic music with all kinds of new and interesting timbre qualities to an already great voice(s), and in multiple types of voices, which is quite amazing to mull over. I am having a hard time thinking of any one else who could claim to sing in literally three types of voices, each quite wonderful by themselves.

Jackie's principal income stream will be from concerts, as it has become to be for all singers now. The album is put on youtube to attract ticket buyers. In fact, as I'm sure you know, until just recently, some singers had begun to "bundle" their physical albums with their concert tickets as an added audience incentive and also to increase album sales so as to improve their chart positions. And those higher chart positions also bring attention to their concerts. The music business has changed completely during the last 10 years. Happily, Will N. or even Marc Johnston, if she's still paying HIM, has made that clear to Jackie and those around her.

Yes, Jackie has obviously had some training in singing with a more poppish sound. And I think, in another year or two, she will have completely assimilated and polished it and has every chance to be very competitive in pop music if she can find someone to write good music for her. She has everything else and is learning to "sell" her songs.

"We all know how we struggle selecting a favorite from Jackie's cd's but to me this is so exceptional due to the RAW emotion you hear in this song. Every time I listen, I hear another part of the song that gives me shivers. I can't imagine what hearing it live will do. There is just nobody like Jackie who draws that kind of reaction from me on every single cd she puts out."
"I agree. She squeezed every ounce of emotion from this well written song. I bought her CD and I can't stop listening to it. Hooked. I'm here for the comments which are fantastic." (my comment below)
Jackie sings of losing one's sense of self while struggling with circumstances seemingly beyond one's control, helpless to revive what was precious. Does something in this song "resonate" with her?
"...She is lonely most of the time. She is all of this mixed up, And baked in a beautiful pie. She is gone, but she used to be mine."

CLeonard, I agree 100% regarding "She Used to Be Mine". I love every song on this album and have listed to it over and over again since it was released, but this is definitely my favorite song. From other comments I have seen, I thought I was the only one that really appreciated the emotion Jackie puts into it. Over the years there have been several of Jackie's songs that can bring me to tears, now there is another.

Recent comments on "She Used To Be Mine":
"She is like from an era of great American vocalist from many decades ago. She understands MELODY HARMONY RHYTHM TIMBRE. That is so rare today among most American singers in the popular genre."
"So many colors and textures in Jackie's voice! It's a treat just to hear her sing the phrase "baked in a beautiful pie."
Recent comments on "A Million Dreams":
"Wow! It's so different & cool to hear Jackie Evancho belting! 😍✨"
"She is doing just as the experts said she should do. Don't belt until well past her puberty years. Wait till 18 or 19. That way she does not damage her vocal chords before they have the chance to fully develope. Her peak years are still about 15 years away."
"I compared Jackie's version to a cover by one of the latest little girl 'phenoms' from a recent talent show who belts everything. JACKIE>>>>>>>>>'phenom'. I used to compare Jackie to other singers for the same songs. After doing several hundred over a 3 year period I quit because it was a waste of time. Doing this recent comparison reminded me why I quit. There has never been or ever will be anything like Jackie Evancho."

This post reminds me of Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde except that perhaps we should say Julie and Julia. It seems that I and perhaps one or two others seem to have a confusing relationship to Julia's recent posts and our responses to them. Then she rebounds with this enjoyable reading. I guess are relationship is probably best described in the following.

That's funny. Luciano is performing for himself. Celine is relating to him as a lover/hater would with all the drama and emotions, while he stares at the wall. She ought to have slapped him to get his attention.
