Stephen Runnels ❤️OMG❤️ what an incredible experience! Front row center! Unfortunately photos were a no-no for this show, so I can only relay in writing my profound love and respect for Jackie and her incredible performance tonight. Jackie now has a 5-piece band, (piano, violin, cello, bass guitar, and drums). Everything was different tonight. Even the standards Jackie has performed before in concert were more vibrant, mature, and powerful. The new music given a special concert exuberance, and even Rachel, Zach, Juliet, and a couple of uncles were there in support. This was a very special beginning to Jackie’s new tour.
Tim Whitenight Yes the show was spectacular!!!!

Tanya Tamburin via Instagram story I just looked at Tanya Tamburin's website. The page containing a sample of her portfolio contains a lot of pictures of Jackie. tanyatamburin.com/?page_id=22 Apparently she has been designing clothing for Jackie for quite a while.
Also three videos tanyatamburin.com/?page_id=78 although the one for Someday at Christmas does not work.

Just some quick notes. First surprise, Rachel and Zach working the merchandise table (just posters and CDs, both regular and signed, the latter only $5 more). Rachel seems quite outgoing, seemed very appreciative when I said I'd heard her songs and hoped she'd get to perform for us live someday soon. Juliet was also standing nearby, looking elegant, and more at ease than in some photos.
Song list was I gather fairly similar to what I've heard about 54 Below. First half was mostly SFTSS and other Broadway or movie related songs, plus How Great Thou Art (usual dedication). 2nd half was mostly The Debut, plus Somebody to Love (Queen) as the final song. Energy level was high (nothing languid about it!), stagecraft up a few notches, instruments and backing track fit together well (two strings is perhaps enough, and bass and drums help), although occasionally the instruments were too loud relative to Jackie. Three outfits: the red one first half, the white suit for part of 2nd half, and the sparkly white/silver after the instrumental break.
Having both a musical director/lead player and an overall concert director definitely seems to have tightened things up, comparing this to other performances early in previous tours. Not to mention that it's a band rather than PK (no criticism, he was certainly talented!) heavily multitasking plus random strings; so they've worked together enough to seem comfortable as an ensemble.
As usual, regardless of one's preferences, the songs are far more powerful and compelling live. All in all, a very good performance, and a pleasant evening.
