Was this house purchased new by the Evancho's in 2015?
That is when the assessed value jumped from $95,700 (land only) to $567,650 with $471,950 listed as for "additions" which presumably meant a house.
The assessed value jumped to $1,039,600 in 2016 with the "additions" now being $943,900. So improvements were made to the original house that was built on the property to the tune of $471,950. In other words, the assessed value doubled!
The assessed value dropped to $940,000 in 2018, with the "additions" being $844,300 of this tax valuation.
It was estimated by Zillow that there was a $918,716 mortgage left on the property and that it cost roughly $98,602 to sell the house for $1,150,000.
So quick math has the net gross proceeds as $132,682.
The down payment made, plus possibly closing costs, would be the net out-of-pocket initial property investment basis. Adjusting for non-mortgage paid (i.e., out-of-pocket) improvements which typically includes things like landscaping and fences, it is possible that no money was made, or even money lost, on the property investment.
If no money made, or money lost, then they could pocket the net gross proceeds.
If money made, then taxes could be avoided by rolling over the net taxable amount of the gross proceeds into a new property investment. Then the difference could be pocketed since that would be property investment basis.

The house finally is sold.
Based on some discussions of several years ago, when she was with John Mario Di Costanzo, I was under the impression that a small studio had been built somewhere in their house, but I see no images of a studio in the Zillow pictures! I seem to recall several pictures of her and di Costanzo near a piano, the word "Studio", and "her house"! Did she have a small studio in the Zillow house or maybe the prior home?

There could have been a setup in one or more rooms as a "recording studio" that was removed before selling.
My old brother-in-law decades ago setup a "recording studio" in his basement in a New York City borough. Trust me when I say that it was small and tight and not anything like one sees as a typical recording studio.
And just because it is small and tight does not mean that some serious music cannot be recorded there. The Rosanne Cash album "10 Song Demo" was recorded there in 1996. This album actually contains 11 songs and was produced by her husband, John Leventhal who also did acoustic & electric guitar, bass, keyboards and percussion. Rosanne did vocals, acoustic guitar and piano. Larry Campbell did acoustic & electric guitar and background vocals. Lincoln Schleifer did bass and percussion.
This album was Rosanne's first for Capitol Records after having left Columbia.
Besides being Rosanne's husband, John Leventhal is a musician, producer, songwriter, and recording engineer who has produced albums for William Bell, The Blind Boys of Alabama, Michelle Branch, Rosanne Cash, Marc Cohn, Shawn Colvin, Sarah Jarosz, Rodney Crowell, Jim Lauderdale, Joan Osborne, Loudon Wainwright III and The Wreckers. He has won five Grammy Awards. As a musician, he has worked with such artists as Jackson Browne, Willie Nelson, Bruce Hornsby, Elvis Costello, Dolly Parton, Emmylou Harris, Charlie Haden, David Crosby, Levon Helm, Edie Brickell, Paul Simon, Patty Larkin, Susan Tedeschi, the Tedeschi Trucks Band, Steve Forbert, Kelly Willis, Donald Fagen, Ry Cooder, and Johnny Cash. As a songwriter, over 200 of his songs have been recorded by various artists, including Rosanne Cash, Shawn Colvin, Marc Cohn, Michelle Branch, The Tedeschi Trucks Band, Vince Gill, George Strait, Shelby Lynne, Patty Loveless, Jim Lauderdale, Joe Cocker and William Bell.
Larry Campbell plays many stringed instruments (including guitar, mandolin, pedal steel guitar, slide guitar, and violin) in genres including country, folk, blues, and rock. He is perhaps most widely known for his time as part of Bob Dylan's Never Ending Tour band from 1997 to 2004. Larry also has extensive experience as a studio musician. Over the past years, Larry has recorded with such artists as Levon Helm, Judy Collins, Lucy Kaplansky, Richard Shindell, Linda Thompson, Sheryl Crow, Chris Castle, Paul Simon, B. B. King, Willie Nelson, Eric Andersen, Buddy and Julie Miller, Kinky Friedman, Little Feat, Hot Tuna, Cyndi Lauper, k.d. lang, Anastasia Barzee, Rosanne Cash and Ayọ, among others.
Lincoln Schleifer is musician, producer, recording engineer and songwriter. As a musician he has worked with Rosanne Cash, Warren Haynes, Donald Fegan, Michael McDonald, Boz Scaggs, Richard Shindell, Anna Vissi, Larry Campbell, Levon Helm, Bob Telson, John Leventhal, among many others. As an accomplished studio musician he not only worked with many famous artists but also recorded over 800 songs for karaoke albums. He was a founding member of The Warren Haynes Band, was the bass player for the 2-year tour of The Jerry Garcia Symphonic Celebration, and plays bass in the group Masters of the Telecaster. Lincoln was an original cast member for the award winning musical The Gospel at Colonus and was part of The New York Rock and Soul Revue. A frequent guest musician for groups including The Allman Brothers Band, Gov't Mule, and too many others to list.

I don't think so.

The good news for Jackie and her family last week was that their big house in Gibsonia sold finally relieving them of the burden of its big monthly mortgage payment and all the other expenses required to maintain any property, especially one of that stature. The bad news was ... that it was sold. It was known as "the house that Jackie built". A testament not only to her long success as a performer, but most importantly to her as a home for her family who she often credited as the foundation of that success. The very basis of that family, her mom and dad, married for 23 years and parents of 4 children, divorced last year. Its sale; how bittersweet! On top of it, the political response to Covid forced the cancellation of public gatherings of nearly every kind through all of 2020 and well into 2021. No concerts, no income for Jackie or any other performer depending on them for it. How Jackie is coping with it all, no one except those closest to her know. But her fans who were also key and foundational to her success are left clueless. Why? Will we ever truly know?

Surprise for me ... is there a meaning behind? Is this a hint for something?

Her official account still follows his, even a couple of year after working together, which is not unusual, but that increases the odds that she saw it. Seems like encouragement, maybe informed, maybe not; but even lacking more information than we have, someone that's spent some time working with her and likelier to be heard than some random one of us, might also draw the conclusion that it wouldn't hurt.

They weren't sold out, but I appreciate his support and marketing of Jackie from afar.

Without watching this, I predict that this video won't tell us where Jackie has been the last six months.

lol...except he didn't discover Evancho and Boyle...they competed on AGT and became famous by advancing to late rounds and getting lots of exposure. You could argue that the show he created presented the opportunity for them to get discovered, but he didn't personally discover them. The other people referenced I know nothing about.
