Rick, does this need its own thread? Could it just be pinned to the top of the social media thread? That way you wouldn't have to switch to a different thread if you wanted to go to the original. Or maybe you can't pin it to the top of a thread, just to the top of a board?

Thanks for trying Rick. It's fine this way.

One of the finest reference sites that I have found is the one put up by Robin D. Bermanseder. It contains no provision for a fan forum but is an excellent reference point. The site directs you directly to the concert sites to buy tickets. www.jackiecentral.com/home.htmlThe overall appearance is professional and the links are clean. Unlike this site, it does not facilitate fan discussion or concert gatherings. I'm sure that others here have made extensive use of the site.

Very interesting "Contact" page on Jackie's new official site. Stunning pic, but the "submit" box doesn't seem to be working (yet?) at least for me on google chrome. Wonder if we'll have to re-up to keep getting emails.

Jackie's official web site is being neglected again. On the home page, the concerts it shows are Waukegan and Carmel, both past events. On the "Events" page it does not show Houston, Baltimore or Redondo Beach, even though tickets are on sale already for Redondo Beach. As I've mentioned before, it's fine to have active social media accounts, but people just learning of Jackie will Google her name and when they do, the first thing that shows is her official web site. There's really no excuse for this. If someone is paid to maintain that site, they're not doing their job. A few minutes each month is all it takes to keep the site updated.

There is only one page and that contains her tour dates and a biography. Sept. 14 and Oct 19 2018 are missing from her tour dates!
What happened to the sale items, her albums, etc.?
EDIT: I can't remember what song played when her old web site first came up, but even that's gone!

Willyiam,
It is disconcerting for those of us who know her schedule to see that the first two are missing. Sept. 14th is a special appearance for "Romance Of The Mission" in San Juan Capistrano. I don't know why the Vacaville concert on Oct. 19th was not included.
If I remember correctly, the first video on the old site was Drummer Boy (Il Volo), then Caruso and finally Attesa.

I occurs to me now, since the Vacaville concert tickets are going on sale tomorrow and that it is now listed on Jackie's website, it had been omitted pending the initial ticket sales date. www.jackieevancho.com/

I agree! On her old site, I believe the tickets sales date was posted. And this still doesn't explain what happened to Sept. 14th.

Willyiam,
My only answer to that is: "Romance of the Mission Gala" is an expensive annual black-tie and dinner fundraiser for the Mission of San Juan Capistrano honoring its supporters, Madeline and James Irvine Swinden. Perhaps it falls in the category of Appearances and Special Events such as others that have not been listed on her site, at least as I recall.
