These videos each deserve a "WOW!" rating.
Jackie is certainly a beautiful woman - in voice, personality, and looks - IMO, perhaps more now than ever.
I do wish she would come out to the Midwest. I have not seen her live since when she was in Colorado, at Pike's Peak Center, in February 2020. I really miss seeing her performances.
I don't know how this performance was so perfectly recorded without getting in trouble with the ushers; but, whoever it was that made the recording, I'm most appreciative that you captured it so beautifully well - it's a gem for sure

The hundreds upon hundreds of past live performances that were never recorded and lost to distant memories of the people who attended the concerts. What a shame. In my opinion, this was a big mistake and possibly a misunderstanding of how one can use YouTube (and other social media platforms which Jackie has admitted on numerous occasions she has little knowledge as to use them properly) to your advantage. Jackie should have at least one hundred more live video performances on YouTube (and Instagram and Facebook and TikTok). And hundreds upon hundred of music reactors should have been approached to react to the videos so grassroots momentum could have been built. It turns out that there are multiple things the copyright holders could do for a video of a performance put online. They could ask for a copyright strike (i.e., through a block) against the person putting up the video which is a rather nasty thing to do unless you literally want to squash any uploads. Three strikes and the channel gets removed by YouTube. Not that smart to do that since you could be making money on the uploads made by others. You could allow the upload and request that any monetization made from the video be given to the copyright holder entirely. Arguably somewhat greedy. You could allow the upload and request a sharing of any monetization. To me that is the right thing to do because the uploader has costs and is providing some promotion and further exposure for the song and artist. The last thing is that you give a royalty-free approval for the uploader and they get to keep all monetization. That is truly nice, but businesswise pretty stupid. Here is a nice video on copyrights and YouTube by a great reactor, Fil of the channel Wings of Pegasus, who does detailed analysis of performances and singers aided with the use of specialized software. Fil hates use of auto-tune and pitch correction as he feels it ruins the performances making them impossible for a singer to come close to duplicating the performance live. Too bad we could not get him to analyze some of Jackie's performance as he has a decent following of over 387K subscribers. Lastly, Fil mentions toward the end of the video that because he has a Patreon account, people support him there monetarily and this allows him to do his analysis videos, as most of them are not allowed to be monetized as he explains in his video. In many ways, it is surprising that Jackie never had a Patreon account. It would seem to me that she could have had quite a lot of people willing to support her in exchange for her doing some Patreon only videos and other materials.
