Who is the blonde women playing the piano for Jackie on the video for Jackies' first time on AGT ? That is her Uncle Michael Evancho. (Joke) The lady is Yvie Burnett. She had been Simon Cowell's voice consultant at BGT and AGT. Worked with Susan Boyle and others. Started with Jackie the summer of 2010 and kinda stuck around. Also, that video, the 10:18 version, first audition full with results, is credited to Kim Jensen. It has 14.6 M views. Who gets the royalties? TE or Kim ?

I'd bet AGT gets the royalty since it is their show and their recording. Kim Jensen merely recorded it. She could attempt to claim it (monetize it) but likely would be told AGT had claimed it first and already receives royalties. Have the rights/copyright claim, you get the per-play revenues. Nowadays artists like Jackie and her Label claim copyright on even their fan's Youtube recordings at concerts, etc. Sony likely gets the lion's share of most AdSense (per view) Youtube revenue, Jackie gets some. For 15 M views Adsense would pay AGT about $22,500 dollars total, about 0.15 cents per view. Of course Jackie keeps all the revenue for her home-recorded videos, though if the song is still under copyright the songwriter would get some (Teaching Angels how to Fly). You don't see the Youtube "takedowns" by Mike and others like you used to now that Content ID has been perfected. When Youtube Content ID detects a Jackie song being downloaded, the E's can either take it down, or more likely, they pre-instruct Content ID to claim rights to it, and Adsense sends them revenues for every play. Sony/the E's do still block all plays of Longwood and Songs From the Silver Screen Music of the Movies, however. Some SFTSS MOTM songs recently on JackieEvanchoVevo Youtube channel for everyone are now blocked in the USA. I'm not so sure who gets Youtube revenues for TV shows like Growing Up Evancho; I suspect the show always does, though the E's may have negotiated a cut. Jackie may get a small cut on shows where she is singing and/or wrote the song. Obviously TLC gets the $1.99 pay-per-view Youtube version, and Youtube (Google) takes a healthy cut I'm sure. Be aware that all Youtube videos have ads on them or before them that are the source of Adsense revenue. But if no one puts in a claim or files for Adsense revenue, then Youtube/Google still posts ads, and keeps all the revenue, not just a portion. I rambled on longer than I thought I would! But per-play AdSense money drives everything. So if you stealthily record Jackie and put it on Youtube, You will get a notice after posting that Sony has claimed rights, but they did not block it. (I have gotten such notices). But rest assured, Jackie will get some revenue for every play of your video you so stealthily recorded. Don

The track for this video consists of sound clips from 2 songs played reverse. Interesting arrangement and effect.
Published by luta, April 9, 2016, "for the occasion of Jackie's birthday" Thank you luta.
Guess what 2 songs Jackie is singing.

(or, "All of the Stars" and "Walking in the Air"----it's difficult to discern.)

The first and last parts seem to have a hint of the actually melody to "Safe and Sound". From the 1:50 to 2:30 mark my guess is "Lovers".
