Is it just me or is it disturbing how jealous and immature Juliet is in this sneek peek? Responding to Jackie when she states to Juliet "you used to be the most creative one in the family" and Juliet responds "And you stole it from me..." Mocking Jackie in the theater: "I just want to help the world..." I imagine this is just Juliet's wit playing up to the spider woman tag she gets labelled with.

I didn't like seeing that, but I'm cutting Juliet some slack. I'd guess the #sisterlove thing is still going strong. My brother and I were two years apart and very close since we were toddlers, like Jackie and Juliet. I loved him more than anyone. But we actually got into a couple of fist fights when we were older and neither one of us was ever a violent person. Emotions are overwhelming sometimes. We also see Jackie getting testy with Mike. I'm sure she loves her dad as much as ever. These are all very intense people. Jackie didn't just pop up out of nowhere. We're going to learn a lot about the context, maybe. I've said on more than one occasion that what I really like about the E's is that they don't seem to do anything half-@$%'d. They're full-throttle types. For goodness sake, just look at Mike's Halloween display. Juliet has openly and proudly displayed such great affection for her siblings for many years now, as evidenced in many pictures and videos. She might be envious and disappointed at times, but that is a far cry from resentment. She's proud of Jackie, as shown by a post she made that pointed to Jackie being the youngest performer to get residency at the Café Carlyle.
3:05 in this video.

I hope I don't get into trouble posting an old photo (still on the internet) but it shows the affection they had for each other goes way back (Jackie was 2): Don (Click to enlarge):

Here is a link to the first 15(14:54)minutes of that interview. At the beginning of the interview Jackie sings the National Anthem. From the conversation between the interviewer and the guy off camera, I got the impression that the Pirates had not had a great season the year before. The interviewer commented that Pirates won the game, and as far as I know, he was the first to suggest that having Jackie sing the National Anthem for them was a "good luck charm". That seems to be a true statement because every sports team that has had Jackie sing the National Anthem for their home game, has won the game. And just one more EDIT to mention that to view the other segments of this interview, you only need to change the chapter number in the youtube search bar, this one is, jackie evancho sings at first talkshow chapter 1.mpg

In my opinion Juliet is a 19 year old adult who doesn't live in the house anymore so she shouldn't even be in this special or series if it comes to that. She isn't "Growing Up Evancho." Where did you read that Juliet shacked up with her boyfriend(fiancé) ?

In chapter 4 Jackie sings Ave Maria and at the end of that video she and Juliet(then Jacob) do their "You Are My Sunshine"duet.

This interveiw had had 6 chapters, but #3 has been deleted. I can't actually remember what was in that video, but I don't feel there had been anything in it that would suggest it would need deleting, so most likely just an accidently lost. If someone here has it copy of #3 it would be great if they would post it.

Jackie should keep her mouth shut publically about the transgender issue. I'll tell you why. It has hurt and is hurting her career. Sales of Two Hearts are one tenth the sales of Awakening. She is losing a lot of fans over it whatever she and Juliet think. Why do you think that is? Is it because it offends more religious fans, and maybe tarnishes the "angel" image? Personally I respect the fact that the family support each other and look after each other first. It can't be easy to feel trapped in the wrong body. Awakening had better songs IMO, like Dormi Jesu and the end of With or Without You.

I don't know how long you've read here but rest assured, few here are the least bit reluctant about offending any religion other than modern liberalism. So you can rule that one out.

On Direct TV, the show is described as the premier show of a series on the Evancho family. It is scheduled to be shown at 9:00 PM on Wednesday August 9 in the CST. I wonder if it will be scripted to a major extent.

Whatever happened to the camera-shy matriarch and the family that valued its privacy? Gone with the wind of show biz ! Some not us will say $$$$$$$$ heals a lot of pain and shyness , there is always a plan of the reason , the end result thought out by a team of leaders as other then Juliet the rest are but minors in the story of a singers sister .

Responding to Jackie when she states to Juliet "you used to be the most creative one in the family" and Juliet responds "And you stole it from me..." Mocking Jackie in the theater: "I just want to help the world..." I share your sentiment, rick. Although, I feel compassion for Juliet having struggled with her identity from a very young age, and also envying Jackie's success. What I find more disconcerting is her statement, " I just want to be close with Jackie again like we were....I miss my best friend". However, I will refrain from any conclusion given that it might be taken out of context in a trailer. Actually, no judgments or conclusions should ever be taken from a disjointed short clip of an hour long program. ""should ever be taken "" agree but people are people and will have their own opinions , the short clip is meant to tease or have people think
