For a second I wondered about that amber-colored liquid in the Instagram vid, then realized it was honey. Guessing Jackie uses that to soothe her throat after three nights of singing.

So did anyone attend this concert? Any changes from the previous two? Inquiring minds would like to know!

My comments concerning Jackie’s Concert on October 8th at the Ohio Theatre, Playhouse Square, Cleveland, Ohio. The Concert was scheduled for 8:00pm and it started exactly at 8:00pm. This Venue has about 1,000 seats and I was very disappointed that it wasn’t “Sold-Out”. If I had to take a guess I would say that it was approximately halfway filled. Maybe more advertising is needed to promote these Concerts. Like in previous reports, there was not an orchestra, only a Piano with a gentleman named Peter who accompanied Jackie. He is very good and was a strong asset to the Concert. Sorry I didn’t get to be able to get Peter’s last name. Jackie wore the same two dresses at Cleveland as she did at St Charles, IL on Oct 6th. She wore the Black and Beige horizontally striped top and all Black bottom dress for the first half of the Concert, then a light tan (Beige) dress that contained many reflective dress jewels of various sizes, which created a very bright and frequent sparkling effect. The dress itself was much shorter and well above her knees. Jackie could be seen often tugging down on the sides of her dress as if she felt the dress had a tendency of crawling upward. The almost over powering of the bright reflections of light gave Jackie a really dazzling effect on stage and kept your attention fixed onto her as she moved around the stage. The first dress was a "Full Length" dress right down to the floor. Jackie’s singing seem to be right on the mark and was very enjoyable to listen to. Several of the Songs she sang were ones that either hadn’t been sung before at a Concert, or were new ones for her to perform on this Tour schedule. Everything that I have heard her sing before (either in person or via her Recorded Media) didn’t have anything over what I heard her at this Concert. She seem to give absolute top performance for everything she did. It was very moving. The Set List had some slight changes (I think) from what was reported from her St Charles, IL Concert. I think that Cleveland had one less Song. The Encore at St Charles was “All I Ask Of You”, but in Cleveland it was The Lords Prayer”. All I Ask Of You” was not sung at Cleveland. Jackie sang the first 8 Songs during the !st half of the Concert, then the rest at the 2nd half. I took the List that was reported at St Charles with me so I could try and compare (it made it much easier for me). But I couln’t be 100 percent sure because I have limited vision right now, and could not see the paper as it was very dark. I hope that the following is reflective in what occurred in Cleveland. SET LIST 1. Pure Imagination 2. Made To Dream 3. Memories 4. The Music Of The Night (STANDING OVATION) 5. Fix You (Cold Play) 6, Impossible Dream (She dedicated this to her Fans) 7. What A Wonderful World (dedicated to her Dad, Mike) 8. Nessun Dorma (STANDING OVATION) 20 Minute Intermission 9. Take Me There 10. Think About It (Original not written by Jackie) 11. Combination of Songs from the Past where - - - she sang a decent chunk of it back to back. - - - 11a. Over The Rainbow - - - 11b. O Mio Babbino Caro - - - 11c. Con Te Partiro (Time To Say Goodbye) - - - 11d. Think Of Me - - - 11e. Somewhere - - - 11f. When You Wish Upon A Star - - - 11g. The Prayer 12. Writings On The Wall 13. Safe And Sound 14. Lovers (Jackie announced this as her last song) ENCORE: The Lords Prayer If you include the samples contained in the Combination Production and the ENCORE, we all got treated to 21 different Songs that Jackie sang – WHAT A GIFT THAT WAS. I apologize in advance if I made any errors. Jackie handled herself very Professionally on the stage and certainly appeared that she is truly “STILL HAVING FUN”. I enjoyed the Concert very much and enjoyed seeing some of her other Fans again at this Event. I hope that again Jackie returns to Cleveland, and perhaps do that within the next year.
April Leonard Breyman
April Leonard Breyman I was there and your assessment is on the money. It was my first time seeing Jackie in concert and I was blown away by her powerful voice. She was phenomenal. She has such a sweet disposition about her that I felt keeps you wanting more. And that's a good thing, proves she's for real. Classical/Opera is not my husbands cup of tea so to speak, but she won him over. He couldn't believe she sounded like that. He said a couple of times he got goosebumps as did I. Her albums and videos don't do her justice. They are just mere teases. I am looking forward to another concert already. She left me wanting more. She is definetly a credit to her genre. I hope she is around for a long, long time.

Many thanks to Rick W for this excellent review, & to rick158 for reposting it here. Jackie constantly wins over new people. The flash of AGT is gone but her talent shines thru.
I see that she dedicated TID to her fans rather than to Lisa...
