Tickets on sale Friday, 10:00am. Thanks to Curt for telling me about this concert.
Maybe if Jackie dialed back the selfies a bit and used her social media to inform her fans of her concerts, she wouldn't have to ask the audience to move forward to fill in empty seats.

Thanks for sharing and your comments are sadly true. I'm perplexed by the poor promotion.

The beauty of this venue is you get to pick your seat. First come, first served. Chris and I will be there.

If a fan really wants a first-row ticket it appears they could pay the $75 membership fee and purchase a ticket early (today or Thursday). Click on the "Support Us" tab on the link (top of this page). Don Google trends show this area rates fairly high for Jackie fan density. I hope this show is well promoted. I hope everyone near Modesto that clicks on a Jackie link gets bombarded with concert ads like I am for the Bremerton, WA concert. Modesto on the following map is in the central dog-shaped area. The Palm Springs area has the highest fan density of course - more elderly fans! trends.google.com/trends/explore?geo=US-CA&q=%22Jackie%20Evancho%22

I've thought Jackie could do a concert every year in the Palm Springs area. Maybe not at the McCallum Theatre in Palm Desert, which seems to be adhering to the two-year rule; but maybe in Palm Springs itself or out in Indio where she's had concerts before. There's a sizable gay population and a lot of support for the arts. The Palm Springs International Film Festival is a pretty big deal. A few things don't line up with the map. Fresno is ranked high, but the last concert scheduled there was cancelled. It's had economic difficulties. San Diego is high on the list and Jackie hasn't done a concert there in forever. It's the 2nd largest city in California, with a number of affluent suburbs.

BB-110. I might have got better, but completely forgot until I logged in here at lunch. I should have set an alarm on my phone.

I took Don's advice and paid the extra $75.00 donation and during the presale purchased seat AA105. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that Modesto doesn't get socked in with heavy tule fog other wise I might not go. My father and I use to go waterfowl hunting a lot and one time we were on our way to go goose hunting. We were on a back road doing maybe 30 mph with fog so thick you could hardly see the white line and got rear ended by a farm worker who admitted that he was driving 70mph. There was a canal next to the road full of water. Had we been in a lighter car we would probably would have been in it blowing bubbles. None of us were seriously hurt but it's an experience I don't care to repeat. Turns out we were the ones that got goosed.

You're freakin' me out, Jerry. Now, I'm gonna be worrying about that from now until February, checking Accuweather every day.

Mike: The fog often burns off by mid day, but not always. I will probably drive to modesto the day before the show and try to arrive around noon. When Jackie was at Turlock we had all clear weather, but that was during the drought. Maybe luck will be on our side.

This concert is quickly arriving. Are there any tickets available? Do you have yours?

What a beautiful area to have a concert, and I'm sure she will be fantastic! :-)

That seems to imply that the others won't be rescheduled.
