From Ron Henke - Don These photos is when Jackie was singing "How Great Thou Art" dedicated to her late great grandmother! Wow!! Jackie's other dedication songs are: To her mom "The Prayer" her dad "What A Wonderful World". And Juliet "Starry, Starry Night." She didn't sing "The Prayer" or "What A Wonderful World" Sat. But an excellent "Starry, Starry Night" for Juliet. I hope I got that right. Now Zach and Rachel needs a special song. A few corrections to that report. "The Prayer" was sung, at the end of the medley. In the past, "The Impossible Dream" was the song dedicated to her mom. Here, it was the opening song of the concert. The song dedicated to Juliet was "We've only just begun". I was able to attend both concerts. There were actually several fans that made it to both. I know of 10 others, one who was traveling with me. The set list was the same as Waukegan. This new concert is so incredible!!! I'm still trying to gather my thoughts. 1. The Impossible Dream 2. The Way We Were 3. Medley: OMBC, Con Te Partiro, Think of Me, Wish Upon a Star, The Prayer Instrumental: Marriage of Figaro 4. Somewhere over the Rainbow 5. May it Be 6. All of the Stars 7. Music of the Night Intermission 8. Caruso 9. Safe and Sound 10. Pedestal Instrumental: Carmen 11. How Great Thou Art!!!!!!!!! 12. We've only just Begun 13. Vincent (Starry Starry Night) 14. My Heart Will Go On 15. Lovers 16. (Encore) Nessun Dorma

What an awesome performance! From the camera position in this video and not seeing her face, she has the posture, hand gestures and head -shake motions of little Jackie as she performed at 10 and 11. Even a little tendency to fidget with her dress. Reminds a little of her performance of Nella Fantasia on the The Talk with Sharon Osborn. Hey Cleo, been awhile. I am reminded of the DWM concert dress. When my daughter was very young she had a Winnie the Pooh blankie. After a while the edges were shredded. My wife sewed a satin hem, similar to the DWM dress hem, all around the blanket. She would keep that hem between her toes and fingers. That was her security blanket. She felt safe and secure. That blanket lasted thru college. Let's hope Jackie has a blankie to keep her safe and secure. Edit for update: My daughter just came by. I asked her about her Pooh blankie. She said "I still sleep with it every night." She is 38. So don't think Jackie is going to stop rubbing her dress any time soon.

Jackie is 17 now and still giving God the glory. Jackie the Lord is blessing you every day. I could not help sheading a tear knowing she was not only singing "How Great Thou Art", but also praying it. As others have said WOW. Nice song but Buddhists, Hindus, Moslems and every other form of religion might tend to differ. Can we not have religious discussions on this forum? Since when did any of those have anything to do with our country, or did I miss something when I took American History in High School or college? How many of them fought in an American army at Saratoga, Yorktown, Ft. Mims, New Orleans, the Alamo, Chapultepec, Buena Vista, Shiloh, Antietam, Gettysburg, Chickamauga, Kettle Hill, Manila Bay, Cantigny, 2d Marne, Bataan, Guadalcanal, Kasserine, Anzio, or Chosin, to name a very few? So in two words, Who cares? - except of course for YOU who bring up tripe like this whenever you get the chance. As for me, I think it's time Rick pulled your plug - again!

Our government is not a theocracy but it is moving in that direction with the current administration. Right there - You just made a political post and probably don't even realize it. When you make a jab at your president that is not nice. Per our rules. What if someone said they didn't like all your animal pictures, that wouldn't be nice. Just true. Oh, he realizes it - he's just making a half-XXXXX ( hearted) attempt at "disguising" it so Rick won't banish him again!

As for the concert, I was very happy that Jackie had restored to the program my very favorite of all the songs she has recorded, MHWGO - and the finish consisting of it, Lovers, and ND was nirvana! I was watching the 8 accompanying musicians and thought at first they looked as responsive and interested as so many old prunes; but by intermission they seemed to have loosened up and were appreciating the event. One notable exception was the lady cellist at the far right looking at the stage - she obviously enjoyed the whole thing and often had a smile on her face. I'm not sure some of the others approved of Peter's take on Mozart and Bizet, though! It was good to see old friends at Matt the Millers; too bad nobody seemed interested in going there post-event but it was just as well, since I had to get up at 5 am to make my 8 am flight back home.

There were five of us there after the concert. You have to ask around after the concert is over. I don't think people commit to anything post-concert before the concert is over. Sorry you didn't make it. Ask agog about the carrot cake.

Paul obviously changed his mind then, because we waited with him for several minutes outside and saw no one else coming; he then announced that he was tired and going home, so we likewise headed back toward our Wyndham at the airport!

I think it's best to hang out near the stage when the concert is over. That's where it's often discussed. Even when people are saying,"Where to you want to go?'...."I dunno, where do you want to go?", eventually a decision must be made when the venue staff start shooing people along.

Hi James. No, I didn't change my mind. It was changed for me. When you and colmikey and I split up I walked towards ny car and a bunch of the folks turned up at MtM's door. I thought I had your phone number but I only have your email. Couldn't call. It was less than two minutes after we bid farewell. Carrot cake?? CARROT CAKE!?? What are these wild accusations of carrot cake? I plead the fifth. (it was delicious)
