On some of Jackie's videos, you can click on " ***more " and get a choice of "statistics" rather than just "report". On this one as of Jan. 12:

I don't know if anyone has ever commented on this but as Jackie is singing Ava Maria, at the 2:22 point the choir behind Jackie suddenly disappears as seen in a long shot of the stage. Then at 2:40 the choir just as suddenly reappears. I know that Jackie is herself magical at times but....

Quite a few noticing it in the YT comments, varying levels of snarkiness, so proud of themselves for catching it. It's the same shot as at the beginning of the piece, an apparent error in the video editing. It is unfortunate that this minor glitch mars the record of such an ineffable performance.

Come on, one of the most famous concert movies of all time is Jonathan Demme's Stop Making Sense, filmed over 3 days of Talking Heads concerts in Hollywood. Things that are WAY weirder happen in the movie, like Tina Weymouth's bass changing color in the middle of a song, & a thrown beach ball disappearing in mid-flight. If the choir isn't there in a single long shot BIG DEAL! en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stop_Making_SenseQuoting Wiki, << The film has been hailed by Leonard Maltin as "one of the greatest rock movies ever made", and Pauline Kael of The New Yorker described it as "...close to perfection." >> www.imdb.com/title/tt0088178/?ref_=nv_sr_1And we have people getting snarky about Longwood? Gimme a break.
