You may recall Jackie performed this live at age 9 accompanied by Tim Janis for "Celebrate America" on PBS.

Question. How do the posters of any url sourced video here that is soundtracked with one of Jackie's songs deal with the copyright issue? I'm very curious if they're able to do this via some loophole; programs like Lickd; or actually applying and paying for approval to use it from the publisher/producer or the artist themself? Does anybody here know?

Rick Beato is "an American YouTube personality, multi-instrumentalist, music producer and educator. Since the early 1980s, he has worked variously as a musician, songwriter, audio engineer, and record producer, and has lectured on music at several universities." -Wikipedia

My motive for asking questions about copyright restrictions to soundtracking a video of my making, not the artist who recorded the music I used, is that I've done it with 2 of Jackie's songs, but not for publication. The only attempt I made to play them was on my and my wife's Facebook account for the family and friends we connect with there. Moments after I attempted to upload one, FB canceled it due copyright violation. Soundtracking YouTube videos I've composed over the years also ran into that same issue, but only in recent years.
I played one of them today for myself that I made and soundtracked with Jackie's, What a Wonderful World, back in 2015. The tears started to well again as they did but spilled back when I made it in 2015. I would love to play it here for you guys because it demonstrates the power of Jackie's voice and interpretation of that rather simple song to connect with the heart and tear ducts. But I don't know how that's possible given the restrictions. It can't be uploaded from direct from my computer file but only via a url that will cancel my upload.

Hmm. No. It's a reel of photos taken in sequence by myself, family members and the medical community (hd ultra sound imaging) of life's most wonder filled event as it develops from embryo to the birth of my twin grandsons. Jackie's voice and her song which describes it musically wih spine tingling effect are from her album. No image or sound are from the internet. Maybe it's the subject which today has become so controversial i.e. life itself it seems. Thanks for your answer in any case. Interesting that you were able to do it without interference.
