An Ave Maria I hadn't heard before. Mostly sung in Soprano range which is Jackie's "sweet spot". Wide intervals which Jackie excels at as well; I have not heard Jackie change a song as much as this girl did , she makes it her as to create , Jackie stays to the script mostly Listen to Natalie Dessay. Patricia sings it the exact same way.

I have been listening to a lot of before AGT that are on You Tube and would love to hear her present voice do a new 'Memory' from Cats. There was one at Highmark and it was also on PTAD.
I think it would be great for Jackie to do a COMPLETE REPRISE of Prelude To A Dream. Just do the same songs with her present voice! Good idea but they may have many copies of the fist one that they can get lots of money for so imo that will not happen unless Jackie does when she is the complete boss

I assume Patricia like this version , was Dessay first to change it , people do tire of the same version of a song and enjoy other sounds , people now change the National A to how they want to sing it

One of my favorite "Ave Maria's" is:
I also like the following "Sancta Maria"
I don't believe either of the above are well known in the USA. I'd like Jackie to introduce them.

Here is a song they play at Disney World EPCOT at the end of the day right before the park closes. Jackie could really nail this one. Promise - Leaving EPCOT songShe has a nice style. Who is the singer?

One of my favorite "Ave Maria's" is: I also like the following "Sancta Maria" I don't believe either of the above are well known in the USA. I'd like Jackie to introduce them. Latvian-born Elina Garanca is imho the #1 Lyric Mezzo-Soprano on the stage today. And yes the Gomez Ave is very rarely sung but I like it because of its Spanish roots and flavor. Something different from the usual Italian sound. Behold the brilliance of Dame Garanca in this three-aria trailer. She only sings little snippets of them but this video is rare b/c she explains why she was asked to record the arias even though she had never heard them before. Even so, her magnificent lyric bel canto voice is on full emotional display. Elina never fails to bring tears to my eyes when she sings like this; Sissel is the great Norwegian Lyric Soprano. That beautiful aria can be found on many singers' albums. I first heard it when I listened to Sarah Brightman's 'Time To Say Goodbye' album. A beautiful duet with Jose Carreras. Jackie can sing this for sure;

Jackie would do great reviving some old standards, just like Linda Ronstadt. Paper Moon, Someday My Prince will come, What Are You Doing The Rest Of Your Life. Maybe some jumpy, happy standards, perhaps some blues with grit like At Last sung by Etta James.
Why not?

Etta James's "A Sunday Kind of Love" might work, too. Jackie can sing a bit jazzy, as she showed in The Summer Knows and La Vie En Rose.

Two VERY close friends-I would call them sisters-singing this trailer. I like these trailers b/c they open up how the singers think and feel about the music they sing and in opera these things are very important;

Sissel is like Jackie; she gets to sing with all the great ones. Here she is with Domingo. This is a very beautiful, emotional duet because he makes it a point not to overpower Sissel(which he could easily do) when they sing together. Just a gorgeous performance and I believe it is on either one or both of their albums they released;
