"It appears to me that some are impatient, wanting Jackie to fulfill their personal ideas of what direction she should take with her music. It's all well-intended, I suppose, but seemingly more a prescription for their own satisfaction and not necessarily hers. Jackie is a dedicated artist who sings for the joy it gives her, doing what she loves. The applause of satisfied audiences has been her reward, and the bank account a well deserved consequence. But, more than that it's who she is." Now that she is 18, she has more control over her money. The possibilities are endless. GO JACKIE! Perhaps you misunderstood this first paragraph of my post supposing that I was speaking to the direction of her career, thus your comment. If you read the first line, I said, "the direction of her MUSIC". The whole context of the post is about Jackie finding her niche as an artist. I don't see that having "more control over her money" is relevant, but maybe you would explain.

More control over her finances will also allow her more freedom over her music choices. Now she only has to worry about herself and her career financially. Her parents have no legal say over her career anymore.

"Really should be no need to explain anything."
Trying to have a cordial dialogue with you, cer, for a better understanding.
My post is not about whether or not she has the freedom to choose her music and career direction. It's about the choices she makes in her music, the genre, what inspires her and how she wants to express herself as an artist. More financial control is a given. I'll presume we understand each other now, with no need to discuss it further.

cer has no more interest in cordial dialogue with any actual Jackie fan, than a true interest in anything concerning Jackie.

"Purchasing albums directly supports Jackie. If you want to support George's art, by all means go for it." My immediate response: "I haven't purchased George's art, but I appreciate it. So, have you purchased Jackie's albums? You've made no comments about them that I know of. I'm interested to learn what you think of them." _________________________________ No reply. Sorry you are not interested in sharing, cer. It could be common ground for amiable discussion. That is, if you really enjoy Jackie's music and have her albums. You are quite willing to share your enthusiasm for "other artists". Unfortunately that doesn't inspire much response from Jackie fans.

Nice to see it didn't take long for Rob's old tag team partner to chime in. There are numerous ways to support Jackie's music such as Spotify and by other means. Once again, I have said positive things about Jackie, but obviously not to your satisfaction. However, I can live with that moving forward.

Please, can you disput your discussion in another thread? It has nothing to do with the thread theme anymore, IMO.

I noticed that as well and have contacted AccuRadio support and requested that they add selections from her DWM and SFTSS albums. Hope it works! Here is the reply I received from AccuRadio today. From the response, it appears that they are open to, and will consider suggestions. Crystal E (AccuRadio) Apr 30, 2:48 PM CDT Hello Curtis, Thank you very much for writing. We're glad you enjoy our service, especially the Classical Crossover channel, and will be sure to share your kind words with the music programming team! Thanks also for your recommendations of other works by Jackie Evancho you'd like to hear; we will pass those along as well. Please let us know if you have any other suggestions or questions we can help with. Have a great day, and thanks for listening, Crystal E Has anyone listened to this lately? If so have they expanded their selection of songs JME sings?

The problem is, that I can only listen to the radio station for a few hours, and then I have to turn on Spotify for awhile to get my Jackie fix.

Here is the response to my email, which included mp3's of songs from Two Hearts !!

The problem is, that I can only listen to the radio station for a few hours, and then I have to turn on Spotify for awhile to get my Jackie fix. curtis, I got impatient listening in the hope of hearing something new from Jackie on AccuRadio, so I spent an hour or so fast-forwarding while watching TV. Though they consistently played songs from Awakening, nothing from Two Hearts came up. I've noticed that there are several songs Jackie has sung that are played by other artists wishing they had played hers, a few from DWM and SFTSS.

Lawrence, I could be completely wrong, but I believe on the Dream With Me album, Imaginer was an original song for Jackie, that was written for Jackie by Laura Fabian and Walter Afanasieff. Imaginer was a a re-write, in French, with new lyrics to the music of Broken Vow.
