Thanks Colin for taking the time after a Jackie concert to post the set list. I know the gathering and the concert and the post concert gabfest goes on until near exhaustion. It's appreciated buddy. LOVE the remarks after the duets listing.
Maybe a bit of a review tomorrow? Trying not to be pushy here but you know me.

Thanks to Colin for the report & set list. Still crossing my fingers that we'll get some vids... We were given clear instructions by ushers before the concert that no videos were allowed, and they'll be watching close. They delivered the message in a very classy, professional way. I'm still hoping that someone managed to get something, especially of those spectacular duets. Their voices blended together so perfectly!

I'll bet it was actually The Prayer, not A Mother's Prayer. She duetted The Prayer with Josh Page and Cody Karey. She duetted A Mother's Prayer with Susan Boyle. She sang The Prayer solo in Merrilville.
I notice they did not duet the Phantom Theme song.

Was "Feeling Good" the same song as done by Michael Buble and Nina Simone? If so, what a great way to start the evening. The duets seem to have been good choices. Nice to see Jackie pick up Say Something again. Doesn't surprise me that Colin was impressed by The Prayer. Jackie took that one to another level at the Lyme disease gala.

Appreciate the set lists & comments. Sounds like a fantastic concert. I still find it hard to believe that TeamE is SO stupid that they don't put up a single vid. If nothing else, they could put it on Jackie's channel so they get credit for the views. This is PROMOTION for future concerts & sales, a possible way to go viral & have a bunch of new fans discover her. Haven't they learned ANYTHING from the success of other young artists recently? OK, the rights issues could be a problem, but they should be work-out-able. POST VIDEOS!!!

I have to agree with you. His vibrato is too fast and there is a quality to his voice that is truly unappealing. But, I guess he's making more money than you and I with that voice!! Edit: I wonder how Jackie felt singing a duet with a performer who is actually starring in Phantom Of The Opera? And BTW, Jackie was superb!! JMO ☺♪♫

I have to agree with you Rick about CMs voice as a match with Jackie's. That said, I'm very happy to have the video.

Well, I like Chris Mann's voice and also his interpretation. I like seeing the gown and the string players. Jackie said she'd like to perform with an orchestra again. I wonder if we might see that in Pittsburgh in March.

I have to agree with you guys, I'm not super-fond of Chris' voice. His vibrato is too fast & too "operatic" for my tastes. It runs throughout the notes rather than being subtly added in the middle of the notes (in a more pop style) as Jackie usually does. His voice does have some richness, some of that kind of appeal, though. I'm also very happy to have the vid.
I'm VERY glad to have been wrong about Jackie posting vids. This one is right on her channel!
I wonder if Jackie's strong performance here could open doors for her someday getting a part in a POTO production. Would she have Chris' vote?
