Get Jack is new, staged musical by C.F. Kip Winger and Damien Gray:
Get Jack In Concert are songs from Get Jack, the musical and it would appear that Jackie is one of the five women killed by Jack The Ripper: I've yet to discover who she plays and what songs she will sing. What I do know is that this is BIG for Jackie!!

Scanning Yelp reviews I learned that one should get to the venue early for the best seats, food is not served, drinks are reasonably priced - for NYC, Stage 2 has the best acoustics of the 3 stages at the Rockwood Music Hall.
Is this a tryout for an off-Broadway show? It seems like a big production for a one-time show.
The venues are very small - intimate as they like to say - and the atmosphere is informal.

A 2-CD album of Get Jack was released in June of this year. I suffered through 30-second snippets of each of the 36 (!) songs on these CDs on Amazon where it is available for $18. Strangely, there doesn't seem to be much of a role for female singers in this musical.
I suppose this musical was resurrected in time for Halloween. The Evanchos and especially Jackie seemed to make a big deal out of Halloween.
There are several YouTube videos of Kip Winger promoting the get Jack concept album.
The more I dig up about this project, the more I wonder why Jackie ever got involved with it.

The more I dig up about this project, the more I wonder why Jackie ever got involved with it. Villains and victims are more interesting than heroes and heroines? Clearly it wasn't the product of _my_ biases. :-) But if it's a foot in the door, ok. Time will tell, maybe.

Until Jackie can prove to theater producers that she can perform off-off Broadway (venues of fewer than 100 seats) and off-Broadway (venues of 100 to 499 seats) it would be quite unusual that Jackie could compete for a role in a Broadway production (venues of at least 500 seats).
So yes, this is a necessary thing for Jackie to do if she wants to get to her goal of being in a Broadway show.
Off-Off-Broadway theatrical productions in New York City began as part of an anti-commercial and experimental or avant-garde movement of drama and theater.
Off-Broadway theatrical productions are plays, musicals, or revues that adhere to related trade union and other contracts while being shown in an Off-Broadway venue. Some shows that premiere Off-Broadway are subsequently produced on Broadway.
Broadway, refers to the theatrical performances presented in the 41 professional theaters, each with 500 or more seats located in the Theater District and Lincoln Center along Broadway, in Midtown Manhattan, New York City. Along with London's West End theater, Broadway theater is widely considered to represent the highest level of commercial theater in the English-speaking world.
In other words, unless a producer of a Broadway show wants to take a flier with an unproven theater performer, Jackie has to prove herself before landing a highly coveted Broadway role. Literally thousands, if not tens of thousands, of theater performers are competing for these roles. They just do not give Broadway roles out willy-nilly.
BTW, in today's world of theater, it is highly unlikely to have a total theater neophyte with virtually no theater training in a Broadway show given the costs/risks involved. First time Broadway performers typically have spent years and years performing in all kinds of theater productions typically beginning in high school, and many times earlier. Even many film and TV people who perform on Broadway have spent time doing some theater work at some point in the past.
With Jackie having a theater acting coach and performing in what seems to be a pretty avant-garde type of theater production, Jackie is doing the necessary steps required to be able to compete for a coveted Broadway role.

Not being familiar with the world of Broadway, I have some questions: Would it be easier for Jackie to get her start in a touring company of a Broadway show? Should Jackie try to reenact the story of POTO and get a position as an understudy in a Broadway show? Doing so would, of course, ground her concert touring. Could she be a summer-vacation fill-in or does the long-serving understudy always take that position?
I remember George Hamilton saying that to be a star, an actor needs to start his/her career as a star. In other words, not take a supporting role in a production as doing so will type the actor as a supporting actor for the rest of his/her career. Is this true?
