I am having an issue that I could use some help with. The last couple of times I have responded to a post, whenever I return to that thread, the page slowly scrolls down all by its self. I can scroll back up, but it just begins scrolling down again. This does not happen on threads that I have not responded to. This seems to only happen when I'm using Google Chrome, I tried it on Internet Explorer and it does not happen. Any ideas what could be causing this?

Catmando was having this problem some time ago. It is a problem with the chrome browser, not the website. There is nothing I can do about it. Support said the only fix is to change browsers. Maybe jrchico's fix will work.

Maybe jrchico's fix will work. I can confirm that the Chrome browser is the cause of auto scrolling. I prefer Firefox and have always used it. However, I am unable to see a post by yellowstone (Sept 9) on the Capistrano thread for some reason which did appear on Chrome, but I was unable to reply because of the auto scrolling. Had to go back to Firefox to make a post. Yellowstone said it was a post from twitter, which may have been the problem for me, just a guess.

I've had that auto scrolling problem on Chrome too. It's started about two weeks ago. If it continues, I'll use JR's fix. I'll let you know if it worked.
