Do we actually need a separate thread for every person, place, thing, pet, and thought in the world?

Do we actually need a thread for every person, place, thing, pet, and thought? Apparently the answer is a resounding yes.

My guess is the Admins (Rick et al) want to provide some participation outside just Jackie topics to keep the activity up during the lulls between concerts, album releases, and etc. There are long periods of time where it seems little is going on with Jackie, at least that we are privy to, and the members of the forum may stop dropping in. I have little interest in the non-Jackie related topics too, but others using this forum for their particular interests beside Jackie and her music doesn't bother me.

They are better than political threads.

There isn't a thread named answers. Surprisingly. But there is a Wiki for every answer. As the great Leonard has suggested. If you aren't sure, look it up. Well, I looked it up.
DUET: Two performers with equal importance singing together. Singer or pianist. 2 performers that take turns, say echoing each other, is called a Harmony.
Album vs Single: A SINGLE can be up to three tracks less than 10 minutes. An EP more than three track or up to 30 minutes. An ALBUM is over six tracks.
While I was lookin for a thread to post this, it was apparent there are a bunch of thread. Read the posts on this thread, ironic. I clicked on Subject of Interest to Forum Members board. Thirty threads with just 3 with any activity, ever. What was the question ?

Sorry wayne, According to wiki, 2 performers that take turns distinguishes a duet from a harmony in which they sing simultaneously, thus harmonizing with each other. The Prayer, for example, performed with Fernando and others is a duet, although they also harmonize at times. Question: Why does Amazon music call songs (singles) "albums"? Look up Jackie Evancho Apocalypse and it is called an album. As a curiosity, many pop performers still call albums "records" Ive heard John Legend, for example, talk about making a record. Jackie also referred to her recording as a "record" (on the DWM interview with DF, iirc).
