Vanessa Jimenez "Hey guys!!! I'm sorry it took so long for me to get back, but I wanted to make this song extra challenging by performing it accapella. This was very challenging for me because there was no background music and I haven't done a song accapella by myself before so this was very special for me. Not only does this song spread the word for following your dreams no matter what, it also tells you to live your life always to the fullest. Thank you again everyone!" Didn't WOW me, but nice job. She definitely has potential!

This may be using a wrong thread but anyway.....
I was roaming through some old songs that I greatly enjoyed with the thought of how Jackie might cover it and whether it would be a song appropriate for her style and classical vocals.
I rediscovered the following and think it could be redone by Jackie and fit her vocals as it does not seem to require too much in the way of "belting" if at all. Any one got thoughts on this song.

Hey guys! Today I am singing a classic song, Ave Maria.
This opera has been sung by many artists, but I really liked the music Jackie Evancho used with her amazing voice. So I'm going to be singing with her as I wasn't able to find a kareoke version.
You will be able to tell the difference between voices though haha!
Anita Lauren states: "I am an aspiring singer making covers.." Look her up on YouTube

"In popular music, a cover version, cover song, or simply cover, is a new performance or recording by someone other than the original artist or composer of a previously recorded, commercially released song." By this definition Jackie would, in my opinion, be considered the "original artist". Also, even though Lara composed the score and wrote the lyrics for Imaginer, it was a "previously recorded, commercially released song" by Jackie. Broken Vow and Imaginer are not interchangeable titles for a song written in different languages with entirely different lyrics, subject matter and meanings. Lara did not record Imaginer and is therefore not the original artist. Any cover of Imaginer by that title should therefore acknowledge Jackie as the artist -Imaginer (Jackie Evancho) Cover by Jane Doe. -Broken Vow (Lara Fabian) Cover by Jane Doe. Melinda Kirigin-Voss sings "imaginer" (Jackie Evancho song)

Safe and Sound cover by Adriana Soto:
"I really liked how Jackie Evancho did her own version of this song. This is actually the cover that I`m making. Again, it`s not professional, I just share the music that I like. Hope you like it."
