I do find it again quite interesting how Rob continues to name call every time we remind him and others of this pass obnoxious behavior by some of those concert going patrons. It really does lead me to conclude somewhat that he just might be one of those obnoxious concert goers.

If you need help with your list johnnyb I can think of a couple of fans who disagree with some of my more blunt comments. Starting with the administrators at numerous sites. Your name calling is what will always be your undoing.

Okay, this is getting out of hand. Knock off the name calling. Knock off calling a fellow member mentally unstable. That one hits a little close to home for me.
There were some real immature nutcases at some of Jackie's earlier concerts. That is a fact so live with it. No need to bring it up now all these years later.

As creator of this thread in July of 2017, I appreciate bringing this disruptive interjection to conclusion. Many valuable contributions have been made in it's continuance until recently. I think members appreciate it's purpose and respect it's value as a source of reminiscence in appreciation of Jackie's early years. I hope it gets back on track.

Delete all of the off topic posts too. Not very attractive for guests. I review recent posts rather than dig around topic to topic so this kind of filler pi$$ing match stuff is unnecessary and reflects poorly on this forum.

Are you taking credit as being the first and only person ever asked to leave a Jackie Evancho Classical Concert for jumping up and down with a blinky sign? This will be the last I will speak of this as per admins request however I must respond to johnnyb's inaccurate statements. As I said previously, I was not asked to leave the concert. After finding out what it was that I was holding in the air, the security guard said I could return to my seat !! And secondly, there was no jumping up and down !! I simply showed the sign on certain special songs AFTER she finished the performance, and while most people were giving a standing ovation, and screaming, and yelling her name !! My small sign (3 inches x 8 inches) DID NOT disturb anyone !! What I am taking credit for is coming up with an idea that was a little unique that Jackie thought was "totally awesome". At the time I was in the business of making LED house number signs, and selling them around the neighborhood. That is what this was, but with Jackie's name, instead of numbers. After the positive reaction from Jackie, Peter, and the audience in Tucson, I honestly planned to take it to other concerts. After the bad incident at Midland, I retired it for good. Seeing how happy it made Jackie in Tucson made the project very worthwhile. I take credit for that smile in the photo I posted !!!

My statements and accounts of what happened at that concert are based on eye witnesses who were sitting in your vicinity as it unfolded. This event was discussed for months over at Amazon, something else you can take credit for. If you would like to discuss this further bring it over to Jackie Amazon, the members over there will be happy to oblige.

And your spin, of what you claim, others had said, is at best nothing more than hearsay, if that, based on your obvious OTT bias. And everyone other than you and cer have made it clear they are already sick of your ranting about it. Your opinions on this matter, do not impress the majority of members here.

IMO some people are here just to create posts for the sole purpose to entice others into an argument. They are not here to discuss but rather to enjoy and nurture their argumentative nature. On forums such as this all members are a captive audience and the only sane recourse is to put the offensive poster on BLOCK. If only we could get those that enjoy the challenge to respond to these posters to not "quote" then we would not know of their existence and life on the forum would become a thing of beauty.

For the benefit of those blocking individuals, I will omit the comments of the ones harping on what the sane here are hoping to block.

Blocking is a cowardly act to avoid discussion, simply because most of the ones doing the blocking suffer from para Ostrich syndrome.
