On the Home page, along with "Jackie In Russia" and "Jackie in Taiwan", should there be "Jackie in Japan" and perhaps "Jackie On QVC"? I will add that for you right now. Don't forget to post the videos.

Question for Admins and all others: I was going to post Writing's on the Wall from Festa Italiana, but should I post it in the existing WotW thread, or as a separate thread? If the latter, and we continue that, won't there eventually be a heck of a lot of, just for instance, WotW threads?

The Writings On The Wall thread in Jackie's Videos-2016 is the original single released on Jan. 29, 2016. I have posted 2 videos from Festa Italiana, Nessun Dorma and Ave Maria (Schubert), in Jackie's Vidoes-2016, which is where I suggest you post Festa Italiana WOTW. JMO ☺♪♫ Yes, I noticed those were posted as separate threads, and identified in the thread title as Festa vids, which is why I asked. Should each performance of a song get its own thread?

If Jackie continues to post YT videos from concerts, like she did at Festa, maybe we should have threads for concerts, rather than songs. Though I suppose these vids will be posted in the Concerts board as they occur. Duplicates OK? I guess I am balking a bit at the prospect of a thread for each performance of each song, but maybe I shouldn't if that's what folks like.
edit add: we have precedents for concert threads, with Russia and Taiwan, which I like.

Don't forget to post the videos. I've added most all of the Japan videos I think, and a bunch of QVC videos but there are more that could be added.

So all the Festa Italiana vids would be in the same folder. But it sometimes means it's hard to contrast different versions of the same song. Is there a way to somehow double-classify or double-link these? I mean could you pull up all versions of, say, MOTN to compare them, then bring up all the songs from, say, the Festival of Families for the Pope's visit? I'm showing my electronic illiteracy again, LOL... Titling threads by year/month/date before location (as we've discussed) is also a way of keeping them chronological if we want that... JMHO

Is it possible for the admins to provide a thread within a thread? I was thinking specifically about the "Concert" thread. It would be advantageous to have the sub-thread of Gatherings, Videos, Reviews, and Photos within each Concert thread in order to place all the information pertaining to a concert in one place rather than distributing the information in several totally unrelated threads such as "Videos", "Gatherings", "News" and etc.

If someone wants to set up a fan gathering they must start a thread for that concert in concert fan gatherings. Pictures and discussion of a concert would be posted in the concert thread and discussion of where to eat and gather would be posted on the fan gathering thread for that concert. At present there are only 3 fan gatherings in the planning stage.

Since this forum is relatively new, is it possible to enable the creation of threads with a thread. This would allow fans who are putting a fan meeting for a particular function to focus on the gathering rather than trying to find the latest post for individuals to be added to a gathering without the possibility of posting in the wrong gathering.

Actually, it works pretty well the way it is set up. Go to the Fan gathering thread and check out what is going on in each thread. For the fan gathering organizer it is easy to find out who is going and to set up a roster of attendees.

So I am a bit confused by "Social Media" and "Social Media Pictures" I just duplicated Instagram posts in the Social Media thread that are already in the Social Media Pictures unknowingly. We should probably pick one way or the other to post social media since most of it is indeed pictures. When I first made the Social Media thread I assumed it would be the one stop shop for this type of information but I'll defer to the groups decision.

Since this is a Jackie Fan site, it might be worthwhile to post links to the various "official" Evancho sites. i.e. facebook, Vevo, etc. in a prominent location?
The idea of posting a lot of her early videos in one place was a great idea. Keep up the good work.
Since the "suggestion box" is a fan feature, it might be relocated to the same level as "controversial issues". It now is available to early members who know that the "suggestion box" is located in "technical issues"
