I hadn't thought about where Jackie got the inspiration for the "Cup" song "You're Gonna Miss Me When I'm Gone". But, I recently happened upon a video of Anna Kendrick's version in the 2012 movie "Pitch Perfect" which made the song popular, and discovered in Wikipedia that it was first performed with a cup by Lulu And The Lampshades in 2009 who adapted it from the 1931 song "When I'm Gone" by The Carter Family. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cups_(song)
I may not be "with it", because I hadn't seen the movie. Anyway, for anyone else who's out of touch, this is the "Pitch Perfect" clip.
This is the Original

Can anyone explain how the end scene has SIX cups stacked when there were only five girls??? Not I. In the last scene, the orange cup was already on the floor. The girl on the left added the purple cup from her left hand (out of nowhere), then the yellow and pink. The girl on the right added the lime then blue cup on top. There was no purple cup in the song.
