Returning to the Palladium. Beautiful venue and very good acoustics. You can get cheaper hotels in the surrounding communities. Carmel is hoity-toity. I stayed in Fischers the last time.

Awesome! This venue was stunningly beautiful last time! I swore that nothing would ever keep me from coming back when Jackie returns here. I've got my hotel booked, the same one I used last time. It's a ways away from the venue, but I got the same great deal that I got last time.

Hmmm. Indy 500 qualifying is that weekend! The race is 5/28. Could I plan a week long vacay there?

It looks like Mike A. (colmikey) and I will be attending this one after a short sight-seeing trip to middle Kentucky. I've just bought my round-trip ticket to Indianapolis and he says we have seats on the 7th or 8th row from the stage, about where we usually sit. I'm looking forward to seeing Colin, Paul (agog) and our other Midwestern friends again!

JJ and I have our Carmel tickets too. We'll probably have a gathering at Matt the Miller's again. It worked out well the last time Jackie was in Carmel, easy walk to the Palladium. As the date gets closer and we have an idea of how many fans will want to attend the gathering I'll stop by MtM's and try to reserve the back dining area as we had last time. The Palladium is a twenty minute drive from my house. I'm a lucky fan once again.

My favorite is the free car show on the Soldiers and Sailors Monument Circle. You will see old Indy cars, customs, hot rods and some Pebble Beach Concours ready classics there. That's the circle that gives Indy the handle circle city among us OTR truckers. For a week long stay the World War Memorial, a few easy blocks from the circle is a unique mausoleum style monument to Indiana vets fallen in the war to end all wars is not to be missed. It's a huge building, about twenty stories tall surrounded by a great park . Oh, that annoying occasional hummmmm overhead is the Goodyear Blimp blimping about . There's a pretty good race too.

If Jackie's new album is out in March, as rumored (heck it was supposed to be released in Oct of 2015 iirc) we should see a new show. I'm pulling for the new album to be Jackie worthy as I know everyone here is.

You'll have your 2nd hometown Jackie concert. I'm still holding out hope for a Tulsa concert someday, although Oklahoma City seems to turn out better for non-mainstream artists.

Stephen, I liked her picture on the other one you posted better - the one with Jackie in semi-profile - or was that one for another event? Any chance you can make it to the concert yourself this time?
