I don't know what the concert attendance was guesstimated at in St Charles. For Merrilville I guessed 300, but it could have been less. Ken Varn guessed 300-400 at Cleveland. These are Jackie's worst concert attendances ever. I don't see how they can sustain a tour with this kind of attendance. I'm really suprised the concerts weren't canceled.
What can they do to boost attendance?

Release a new collection of songs, and promote the concerts. It sounded like there was little to none for the recent events.
Perhaps she needs to visit states that she hasn't been to before? There are lots of folks who don't like to travel to see a single concert. I know the folks in San Antonio would show up. I imagine folks in the Oklahoma City area, or Little Rock, AR, or New Orleans, or even Shreveport, LA would draw decent numbers.

What can they do to boost attendance? Much of low count is because of Juliet , that's the way is , she was going to take a fall for her sister

Jackie's concert attendances of late seem disappointing to say the least. However, the last 3 concerts have no official attendances reported as far as I know, and with all due respect, crowd estimation is a difficult skill, and Rick himself said he couldn't tell how many,if any, people were in the balcony.I hope this information will soon be available so a more accurate assessment can be made.
As far as promotion is concerned,I for one, have no clue who is responsible for letting the public know Jackie is coming to town. Is it the promoter, or the venue, or the artist and her management? Or all three?
I recall checking (online),the media outlets in Midland about 10 days prior to the concert for mentions of Jackie and coming up blank, even though the next artist after Jackie due to perform at the venue had an interview in one of the local newspapers. Jackie was interviewed and published the next week, but too late as far as I was concerned.
I think people need more notice than that. The people responsible for promotion, whoever they are, either need to do a better job or stand aside.
Jackie may well be OK with smaller audiences and venues as she tries out new material but surely that is no excuse for poor communication with the public, if that is indeed what is happening.

I don't know how Jackie feels about any of it, but I wonder if such low ticket sales will have an affect on her ability to book concert venues in the future? Let's hope whoever is in charge of such things can do something to improve the turn-out at future events. After all, Jackie has to pay her car insurance and have some left for gas money. By the way, is Jackie Evancho (the performer) the only revenue stream for the Evancho family? I know her Dad acts as her security, and Mom is probably too ill (Lyme disease, IIRC) to work... Just curious (and really none of my business), but if so, that could add a whole other pile of stress on her young shoulders.

I was on a call today with a guy who had moved his business to Fishers, Indiana. That is where I stayed when I was back there for Jackie's Carmel concert. We spoke of The Palladium and I mentioned that I was there for a Jackie Evancho concert. "Jackie Evancho!" he said. "That little girl that was on America's Got Talent?". He then went on about how amazing Jackie was, how she sang just like an angel, and all that. I told him about her recent concerts in the Midwest, back to Milwaukee. Jackie's name still rings a bell, but most people have no idea that they can actually see Jackie in concert. Must be some way to get the word out.

I propose a possible explanation for the low turnout at her recent concerts!
Arcada Theatre: Three days before the concert, I counted at least 70% sold of a 900 seat venue. Star Plaza Theatre: This 3400 seat venue was an experiment to see what the response would be with no promotion. For a management team that has been booking less than 2000 seat venues for almost 2 years, this is the only explanation. Ohio Theatre - Playhouse Square: This venue has a seating capacity of 1000 and, as I understand it, according to reviewers, it was at least 50% filled.
First, with absolutely no promotion at any of these venues, the turnout was not that bad. Star Plaza was expected, the other two, IMO, were acceptable. Second, lets discuss the obvious: No Promotion! Those that manage Jackie's career must be of such intelligence and experience that the phrase "If they don't know she's there, they won't come.", must be a sacred part of their Mantra. Why then, would she not be promoted? Answer: They were told not to! Too expensive! Third: Now lets discuss the new show's format: Just Peter, no orchestra! John Mario left and Peter Kiesewalter with a string section took his place. Venues were then downsized. Promotion of concerts began to lessen, Jackie released a few POP singles and announced she going in a new direction, gowns have been replaced with dresses, short and long. The string section has now disappeared. What I'm getting at is, all of this suggests the Evancho's are slowly but surely budgeting Jackie into obscurity. How much longer can she survive at this level? How many 1/2 filled venues will it take before the expenses start dipping into the savings? Everything I have mentioned above has got to be part of a plan, intentionally executed to remove Jackie from the public eye. For what reason, I have no idea! Jackie Evancho has, IMO, one of the most beautiful voices I have ever heard. Yet her refusal to aggressively improve or promote her instrument suggests that we may not like her long term goals.

Her parents both left jobs to manage , etc career , yes it is elementary mates , low ticket sales must make the profit low also , it costs money to put on a show , it's a matter of math , bottom line must be $$$$$$$$$$ plus , ""gas money "" yikes that is funny

I agree it seems as management in disarray , confusing to the public , not using social media correctly , signs of detours an exits , cost cutting means lower profit level , is she just singing in time , waiting for school finished , Mr Foster to appear , do not overlook the Juliet affect as it will hurt her in sales if you read social media sites , it's elementary , people are nasty
