I know this will be unpopular with some, but I really like her most recent "pop" offerings, from AOTS through APOC. Awakening is her best album to date in my opinion and while I really loved "Your Love", "Open Fields of Grace", "Made to Dream" and others, "With or Without You" and "My Immortal" are standouts. I have great expectations for the new album (or EP if that comes to pass) with her "new" pop voice.

Do you like Jackie's classical voice better, her pop voice better, or do you like both equally? Nothing can compare with Jackie's classical voice. It's what initially drew me to her. But, she is only 16 and, with a lifetime of singing ahead of her, I'm OK with her experimenting and trying different genres, as long as when the dust settles, she comes back to her roots. JMO ☺♪♫

I would be a hypocrite if I said I didn't hope for her to focus on classical. But I would be without heart if I didn't wish her the best no matter which path she chose. So, Jackie, it's up to you...just do it.

I love all of her voices. I hope she follows her heart & sings whatever music she loves.

I think what I am going to say may be a little unpopular, but I am not a fan of her pop voice. Her classical voice is what allows her to stand out and has the rare ability to touch people. While I am happy to see Jackie experimenting and trying out different genres, I sincerely hope that she will always stick to her roots as she has mentioned so many times.

I am pretty sure that Jackie will stick with her roots of CC. After all, most of her public appearances have been mostly CC songs other than her official concerts which now seem to be a mix of everything Jackie likes.

I like Blank Space a lot-- i know many don't Me too. While Jackie's Classic voice has served her well, I think if she is to make a break out hit it'll be along the lines of Apocalypse. I do love her classic voice, but the newer material is exciting too.

Me four! I for one am enjoying Jackie's versatility and willingness to experiment with new material beyond that which had brought her to public attention in the first place. She's got this remarkable voice and as she continues to grow and mature in age, of course she is going to explore what else she can do with it. We're in for quite the ride!

Unfortunately, I did not like blank space at all. It is the first, and hopefully the last song Jackie sang that I have a distaste for

I just didn't like the song itself. It lacked the depth, complexity, beauty and the ability to generate emotions that other Jackie songs have managed to evoke.

I agree about depth and complexity, but I liked the presentation and Jackie really seemed to have fun making it. The simplicity of just her voice with the guitar was beautiful even if the subject matter of the song was frivolous. I had not heard the song before Jackie sang it and after hearing Taylor Swift's version shockingly I preferred Jackie's. Different strokes for different folks I guess.
