Here is Jackie singing Nessun Dorma on AGT. This song is beautiful. I think Jackie does it best, but I do prefer the old ending instead of the new high ending. How about you?

I like it either way. Something i have noticed is that when Jackie sings Lovers the ending notes are getting higher as she is getting older too. Actually, if she gets any higher i am going to start leaving my glasses at home to protect them when i go to her concerts.

At first I didn't like the higher note at the end, since I have witnessed it in concert a few times now I do like it. It adds a exciting finish to an already thrilling song. I was present for her first impromptu performance at Shippensburg last Spring and the thrill of that night will always be with me. Yes that is me hollering at the end.

I prefer the old ending. It just seems a better finish to the song. Not to say that I don't get a kick out of the new ending. It's fun and by no means a *mistake*

I like them both. The high note at Shippensburg & the new version are actually the same (B5) because they're in different keys. Even though Jackie kinda goofed up the timing & lyrics a bit at Shippensburg, it was fantastic because it was unexpected & was the first time she'd sung it in 3-1/2 years.

I don't think any of us who were there that evening will ever forget that incredible surprise! I know *I* won't. When Jackie finished, the roof all but blew off the building, there was such excitement and enthusiasm from the crowd as we gave her a standing ovation, applauding madly, whistling, shouting our delight....
