AGT Tour, The Prayer, L.A.
This song is simply to die for, and her heartfelt thankyou to David Foster at the end for writing it is very moving.

This one also from the AGT tour in 2010. You can also view it at the Danish website. The Danish website is brilliant: it has a full list of Jackie's songs with lyrics and a vid to accompany each one. www.jackie-evancho.dk/lyrics/theprayer.html

Jackie sings O Mio Babbino Caro, Pie Jesu, and The Prayer in New York City. What distracted her at 4.28, I wonder? Or did she just forget where she was for a moment.

We all noticed that Jackie forgot the word "qui" before "...tollis peccata mundi" in New York. Just one of those little imperfections.

I always liked the Reno edition of the AGT tour. The uploader says "She was truly in the zone" and I agree.
This one is also a favorite of many, some time later in Washington, DC. I think it's interesting in that Jackie seems to be trying out a new style of presentation. Compared with the Reno, her gestures are much more self-conscious and mannered. This was seen also in some of the TV appearances in O Holy Night promotion period, notably on the Tonight Show presentation of that song. It wasn't long before she backed off from that a bit, as though she was concentrating on her singing and letting her arms take care of themselves, and accomplished a more natural and spontaneous look to her gestures. I always wondered if her work with Foster on Dream With Me had something to do with that.

Probably had a lot to do with it. Lets face it, Jackie is and has always been a work in progress. The question is what will be the final product and will we be able to survive it when it is finished, if ever.?

Jackie's gestures are an artform in their own right. They are Kalliope's calligraphy.

Jackie's gestures are an artform in their own right. They are Kalliope's calligraphy. Totally agree. But I do think she was going overboard for a little while, getting beyond what came naturally to her. I think most of the carping about her "arms thing" came from reactions to what she was doing in that period.

Here is a sampler from an hungarian fan. He created 4 further, good for new fans.
