Wasn't she just there on July 29? Yes she was, and it was glorious. Sold out, too. Nice venue although the weather will be a bit less favorable in November on the Jersey Shore.

I'm sure, that in July Jackie deeply impressed the host of the concert and the fans, so that they wanted to have her again as soon as possible.

They didn't mention her previous appearance. I guess that was a good idea.

They didn't mention her previous appearance. I guess that was a good idea. I gather there's some ambivalence here about appearances at the same location so close together in time, whether due to the hypothetical two-year rule (to avoid market saturation), or because there are plenty of other locations that people would like Jackie to perform in, presumably nearer to them. I sympathize with the latter of course. But I don't think the former applies in this case, with a venue that surely has a mix of tourists (mostly different at different times) and dedicated locals, and esp. with the enthusiasm the latter showed given the pre-concert M&G at sponsor pizza joint, Jackie being quite animated as one of the Grand Marshalls at the boat parade, the sold-out event, etc. And a Christmas concert, which is at least half different content from a non-Christmas concert. Keep in mind that the venues (and other participants, like the Ocean City Pops Orchestra) also want events to succeed. Having Jackie back so soon would have to have been something the venue/orchestra saw in its own interests. And Jackie seemed to particularly enjoy the venue. Indeed, the 2nd event could have been either's idea, although I think it perhaps a bit likelier to have been the venue's idea, perhaps even in post-event conversation the last time.

Jackie performing at Ocean City "Night In Venice". So relaxed, enjoying the evening and the music. I imagine she is thrilled to ring in the Christmas spirit at the Pier.

Just ordered - 2nd row. The order confirmation email included the following sentence, so I suppose I'll go a day early. Jackie Evancho wll also be featured on November 23rd Christmas in the Downtown - "Our Miracle on Asbury Avenue " in front of City Hall. Entertainment to begin at 4:00pm Not having heard about the M&G at the pizza joint last time, I'm glad to have heard about this!
